Kanata, Ontario

On Tuesday night members of the Kanata—Carleton Green Party chose Andrew West as their candidate for the next provincial election.

Andrew is well known in the area. A lawyer working in Carp, he was a provincial candidate in 2014 and also ran for the Green Party in the 2015 federal election.

“If you want to conserve and save money on energy, if you want one school board, and if you want lower payroll taxes for small businesses, then the GPO is the party for you!” said Andrew to a full room at the Beaverbrook Community Centre.

“Andrew is honest, trustworthy and ready to serve everyone in Kanata—Carleton and Ontario.” said Ron Servant, president of the Green Party’s provincial constituency association.

The provincial election is expected to be in June 2018.
